Veltra AI ("Veltra", "we", "us" or "our") provides artificial intelligence agents, automations, and content and social media management services for businesses. This policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company, messages, and any information you include when requesting information or purchasing a service.
When you connect a Meta, Instagram or Facebook account with your authorization, we may process the data and assets needed to provide the requested service. This may include account identifiers, basic profile information, content you authorize us to manage, and performance metrics or statistics available through Meta's APIs. We only access the permissions you authorize and use that data for the purposes described in this policy and in the service you purchased.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve our services.
- To create, schedule, publish or analyze content when the customer authorizes it.
- To respond to requests, provide support and communicate with you.
- To protect security, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
3. When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. 4. Meta services
If you connect Instagram or Facebook, the use of data obtained through Meta's tools is also subject to Meta's terms and policies. You can revoke access from your Meta account settings or ask us to delete the data associated with that connection.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of the information associated with your account or disconnection by writing to hello@veltraai.com. We will verify the request and delete any information we are not required to retain for legal or security reasons.
6. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. No system of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or applicable obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and indicate the date of the update.
